How do I make a booking?

Once you've selected a date, reach out to us via our booking form, phone: 0412357435, or email: contact@thesoireesisters.com. Once we confirm the date, finalize your menu selections. We'll then send you an invoice via email. Your booking is secured upon receipt of a 50% deposit or full payment. Without a deposit, the date remains open for other clients.

How many times can I reschedule?

Each booking can be rescheduled once without charge if we receive 72 hours notice. Less than 72 hours notice will incur rescheduling fees. Additional reschedules will be treated as new bookings with full charges.

How do I pay for my picnic?

Payment can be made via direct bank transfer, PayPal, or card payments through Square. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 72 hours before the event.

How much notice is required?

For groups of more than four, we require 7 days notice to finalize details and process payments. For smaller groups, we can be more flexible if full payment is made within 72 hours of the event.

Can I cancel a rescheduled date?

No, once a date has been rescheduled, no refunds will be given for cancellations despite adequate notice.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Boston and surrounding areas. For groups of 20+ outside this region, we will consider servicing with additional delivery fees.

Do you provide alcohol?

Currently, we do not provide alcohol due to licensing regulations. Clients are welcome to bring their own beverages, and we provide champagne buckets.

How long does it take to set up?

Setup typically takes 1-2 hours, depending on the size of the group.

Why do I pay a security deposit?

A $150 security deposit is required to ensure the safe return of our items. This bond is fully refundable after the event, provided everything is returned in good condition.

Do you offer DIY packages?

At this stage, we only offer fully setup or fully catered packages. We do not rent out our items for DIY setups.

Can I adjust guest numbers and what is the time frame for changes?

Yes, you can adjust guest numbers with 7 days notice. Changes made less than 7 days before the event will be charged based on the initial guest list.

What happens if I am late to the picnic?

Please inform us if you anticipate being late. We allow a 15-minute grace period. Beyond that, fees will be charged as follows:

  • $50 for 20-40 minutes late

  • $80 for 40-60 minutes late
